I’m Laura, Strategic Operations Director at RedWizard. Since joining in 2017, I’ve specialised in global temporary labour programmes, focusing on enabling clients to be more adaptable through change management. My background in PMO and project management, coupled with my experience as a former teacher, brings a unique perspective to our work.
As the driving force behind Educate 2 Enable (E2E), our comprehensive learning hub, I’m passionate about empowering professionals across all levels of workforce management. E2E equips leaders with the tools to navigate the evolving landscape of work, especially in temporary labour, which I believe will define our future.
My expertise in change management and education allows me to create transformative learning experiences. My goal is to reshape how organisations approach workforce strategy, mitigating risks through education and empowering decision-makers to think more strategically.
